Building communities is a large part of what you’ll be doing, through these communities you’ll get a real-world view of addressable problems & solutions across domains.
This is work, not charity. You’re building the nation and will be remunerated accordingly.
The People+ fellowship is an 18-month structured apprenticeship program designed to transform promising, young talent into leaders of change. We want to equip more young people with the tools and mindset needed to deliver large-scale impact through technology.
You will begin for 6 months by working in one of our network organizations. In the next 12 months you will be leading one or more community projects to deliver on technology for the public good.
Throughout the 18 months, we will conduct “School” days - intimate training and mentorship sessions with industry leaders such as Nandan Nilekani, Pramod Varma, Shankar Maruwada, Vivek Raghavan, and many more such inspirational leaders to help you on your journey. The School sessions will also allow you to learn what the other fellows are up to and build co-companions on your journey.

This fellowship program is designed as an apprenticeship-based university that inculcates young, skilled, and high-energy talent with the right aptitude and attitude for this ambitious task.

Do I get paid during my 18-Month tenure?
Yes, we provide a stipend of 15LPA during the 18-Month Fellowship.
